Professor Lehman's work experiences in North America, Europe, and Asia have brought him an understanding of, and appreciation for, four different global networks:

- The network of business and thought leaders who are concerned with the phenomenon of globalization
He is able to draw on those experiences, as well as his specialized experience with issues of institutional governance and planning, to offer individualized analysis of complex problems.
